Exciting news! The winners of the 2024 Training Magazine Network Choice Awards have been revealed. These awards, the only crowd-sourced vendor awards program in the industry, showcase the top companies providing effective tools and solutions for training professionals. With the participation of 56,000 active members of the Training Magazine Network (TMN), the winners were chosen in six categories:
- Authoring Tools
- Custom Content/Program Development
- Gamification
- Leadership Development
- Learning Portal/Learning Management System
- Measurement, Testing & Assessment
The selection process involved compiling an alphabetical list of companies based on industry research and data from Training and TMN. Voters could also suggest their preferred vendors not on the list. Over 12,000 votes were cast by nearly 1,800 respondents, resulting in 566 companies being considered for the awards.
Voting took place online from March to June 2024, with participants allowed to submit one ballot per category. Winners were determined based on the total number of votes and their weighted effectiveness scores. This unique approach led to an unpredictable number of winners in each category.
