We are pleased to announce an upcoming Moodle Academy webinar titled “Moodle Plugins Directory Review Process” scheduled for Wednesday, 7th August, between 8:00 and 9:00 UTC.
The Moodle Plugins directory hosts an extensive collection of over 2000 plugins, which are expertly developed and maintained by the global Moodle community. Each plugin undergoes a series of automated checks and peer reviews by experienced Plugins Guardians before being approved and listed in the directory.
In this insightful webinar, Dan Marsden from Catalyst IT, New Zealand, an esteemed Moodle Plugins Guardian, will offer a detailed walkthrough of the entire review process. Participants will gain understanding of the various stages a plugin submission goes through, the essential checks it must pass, and common pitfalls that developers often encounter. Additionally, strategies to adequately prepare plugins for review will be discussed. The session will also highlight opportunities for you to contribute to the community by testing and reviewing other submitted plugins.
Whether you are a developer or administrate a Moodle site, this webinar promises to provide valuable insights pertinent to your role.
Please note that this webinar is part of the ‘Moodle Academy Webinars‘ course. Enrollment in this course is required to register and participate in the webinar.
