Program Highlights

The LEAD Training is a thoughtfully crafted suite of blended learning that provides flexibility for businesses. It introduces participants to “The MTM Way,” a curated collection of 25 profound leadership insights gathered from various echelons of MTM. These guideposts shape the decision-making and actions of MTM’s leaders. Starting with LEAD Session I, the Business Skills Development course offers three tailored tracks – Executive, Director, and Manager/Supervisor. Each track comprises on-demand microlearning segments, complemented weekly by live sessions with a dedicated training partner.

Monthly enrichment exercises allow leaders to engage with Training for live skills application and practice sessions.

An annual leadership summit further elevates this experience, allowing for deeper dive training and vibrant discussions on best practices with peers across the organization.

Impact and Outcomes

To date, about 9% of employees across 12 business units have successfully completed the program.

Clearly defining expectations and equipping leaders with necessary tools has resulted in “Feedback” and “Manager” being the highest-rated engagement drivers for MTM in Q2 2023. Competent leaders, capable of supporting their teams, have propelled employee engagement to a 78.89%, comfortably surpassing the company target.
