The decision to buy or sell real estate is highly emotional and can significantly affect customers’ lives. Real estate agents play a crucial role in ensuring this experience is both professional and pleasant.
Recognizing the pressures from new technologies and evolving customer expectations, RE/MAX Europe understood the importance of refreshing its training methods to meet modern demands. This proactive approach reestablishes RE/MAX Europe as a trailblazer in innovation while emphasizing professionalism and success.
With a presence in over 40 European countries and a network of more than 30,000 agents, it’s vital for RE/MAX to evolve its training processes to ensure outstanding customer experiences in real estate transactions. Additionally, live training events, while valuable, carry high costs and accessibility challenges, so they sought to digitalize their foundational agent training.
Moreover, existing training content was primarily available in English, which needed localization for various regions in RE/MAX’s expansive network.
The optimal solution lay in the digitalization of existing agent training materials, creating an adaptable program for new agents entering the RE/MAX family. This modern, on-demand training will enable agents across Europe to learn at their convenience, enhancing their ability to stay abreast of new technologies and quickly apply them in practice.
Our goal was to craft dynamic courses filled with effective storytelling and interactive elements to engage learners successfully. This was achieved through a collaborative effort with RE/MAX’s Subject Matter Experts.

Choosing eWyse as their trusted partner, RE/MAX Europe leveraged eWyse’s expertise in blended learning to create effective training solutions tailored to their unique needs.
This year-long project necessitated seamless communication, meticulous planning, and collaboration from both teams. Initial milestones and processes were established, which evolved through ongoing project management and feedback.
A blended learning model was adopted, encompassing eLearning courses, in-person workshops, and webinars to deliver quality training and achieve optimal outcomes. The interactive workshops were engaged by RE/MAX trainers, while the digital components were collaboratively developed for a holistic learning experience for new agents.
Through close collaboration with a knowledgeable Subject Matter Expert at RE/MAX and eWyse’s Learning Architects, a comprehensive digital knowledge base was constructed for agents across Europe. After conducting a thorough needs analysis, project objectives and curricula were established through multiple feedback rounds.
The joint efforts produced over 200 deliverables, including eLearning courses, in-person training, and webinars, focused on imparting RE/MAX best practices and vital sales skills to new agents.The interactive content included storytelling, engaging exercises, and real-world scenarios, creating practical knowledge that positively impacts agents’ careers.

- Integrating cutting-edge technology for an enhanced user experience, allowing straightforward access via the LMS platform.
- Transforming existing real estate practices by introducing new standards that align with contemporary customer demands.

To enhance accessibility across RE/MAX Europe’s major regions, the master English version of the training was translated and localized into six languages. This collaborative translation involved contributions from various RE/MAX regions and eWyse, ensuring the content resonated well with diverse audiences. This meticulous process required attention to detail and comprehensive quality control from all parties involved.
This project was both thrilling and challenging from inception to completion—right from the design ideas for the pilot course to the final touches on the localized variants. Our team at eWyse gained invaluable insights on the significance of effective communication and creative collaboration.
