The 2025 LearningElite Awards: Celebrating Excellence in Corporate Learning
Since its inception in 2011, the LearningElite Awards Program has been at the forefront of recognizing outstanding achievements in corporate learning and development. Whether it’s large-scale organizations or small dynamic teams, this program spotlights those leading the industry.
We are excited to announce the opening of this year’s program iteration, which started just three days ago. We eagerly await the inspiring stories and innovative approaches that this year’s submissions will bring.
A Comprehensive Evaluation
Now celebrating its 15th anniversary, the program offers a thorough review of an organization’s learning and development facets. These include leadership development, technology integration, executive engagement, and much more.
Applicants have until 11:59 p.m. CST on Friday, July 25, 2025, to submit their entries. Our panel of judges, averaging a decade of experience in the learning and development sector, will assess each submission. They will evaluate strategies and achievements across five critical dimensions: Learning Strategy, Leadership Commitment, Learning Execution, Impact of Learning, and Business Performance.
Recognition and Awards
Finalists will receive notifications in September. However, their rankings will remain a closely guarded secret until the annual LearningElite Awards Gala in October.
During the gala, organizations will be ranked with levels of Gold, Silver, or Bronze, based on their performance against the LearningElite standards. All data is then compiled into an annual benchmark report, summarizing key insights while maintaining confidentiality.
Joining the Winner’s Circle
This year’s number-one company will enter the prestigious LearningElite Winner’s Circle, joining top-ranked organizations from the past three years. Established in 2014, this recognition remains a coveted honor. Members of the Winner’s Circle continue to participate in the program’s benchmarking activities without affecting the ranking.
