Tailored by Greystar’s L&D experts and certified through Dale Carnegie, the Winning with Relationship Selling program offers flexible, cost-effective opportunities. By adjusting the program specifically for the real estate sector, the L&D team ensures completion within six weeks rather than the traditional eight.
Efficient templates and processes were developed, alongside a drip campaign to maintain engagement and interest. Held five times annually, each of the series features virtual sessions conducted over six weeks. Each cohort, containing around 35 participants, allows for focused learning and practical, coachable experiences through two-hour online sessions.
